Good to know

How do I turn it on the first time?
Flip the power switch on the back to "|", then press start. The remote changes speed once the plate is running.

Does the remote need batteries?
Yes, 2 AAA batteries (not included). The plate also switches itself off after 3 minutes without use.

How long should a session be?
The default 10 minutes is a good start. Begin at a low speed and build up as you get used to it.

Is it right for everyone?
If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or implants, or a health condition, check with your doctor before using a vibration plate.
